Goal
Promote Nepali cultural entertainment in the USA
Project overview
3E Entertainment is a Nepali and South Asian event production company in the United States. It brings Nepali artists and celebrities to the US, runs nationwide concert tours and organizes large cultural festivals such as the Dashain Tihar Fest (DTF).
From the start, 3E wanted to be more than an event organizer. It wanted to be the face of Nepali-led entertainment in America, and it brought Enfity on for the long term to build that brand.
Our key objective was to create a powerful digital brand presence that builds demand before every event and turns audiences into loyal followers and repeat attendees.
The results
3 years of brand building
10,000+ festival attendees
1,000,000+ content reach
Nationwide tours promoted
Over three years, consistent brand and social work moved 3E from promoting one event at a time to building lasting brand value. Audiences now follow 3E itself, not only the artist on the poster.
- Multiple nationwide tours promoted across major US cities
- Dashain Tihar Fest drew 10,000+ attendees [VERIFY: which year]
- Content reached 1,000,000+ people across the US Nepali community [VERIFY: source and period]
- Demand building before ticket launches, with stronger pre-booking
Before: Ticket sales depended on each artist’s popularity, awareness was limited and every event had to find its audience city by city.
After: Ticket sales are driven by trust in the 3E brand, events spread across the diaspora online and demand is nationwide. Fans follow the event brand, not just the artist.
The execution
The challenge
3E had no unified brand identity or digital strategy. There was no website, and its social channels were not fully set up.
Its audience, the Nepali diaspora, is spread across the whole country. Every event had a new line-up and a new target audience, and the content had to do two jobs at once: build excitement and sell tickets.
The solution
We combined brand storytelling with hype and sales-driven content, in three phases.
Phase 1: Multi-platform brand setup
We created and optimized 3E’s social channels from scratch and designed a modern, clean brand theme. We launched event-themed landing pages and micro-sites and set up a content calendar with a proper approval process.
Phase 2: Audience research and content formats
Through analytics and testing, we mapped audience age groups and interests, diaspora clusters across the US, music preferences and artist followings and peak activity times. From that we built six core content formats:
- Teaser videos to build curiosity
- Trailer-style announcements for hype and reach
- Artist highlight posts for nostalgia and connection
- Festival info posts to answer questions
- Behind-the-scenes content for community attachment
- Countdown reminders for ticket urgency
Phase 3: Full content management
We created and managed content for every event through the year: posters and banners, artist video introductions, countdown story series, arrival and rehearsal reels, festival walkthroughs, crowd moments and sponsor highlights.
Client feedback
Working with Enfity was a very smooth and results-driven experience. They clearly understood our business goals, improved our website structure, and helped us strengthen our online presence with a practical SEO and content strategy. Communication was consistent, timelines were respected, and the quality of execution was excellent. I would confidently recommend Enfity to any business looking for reliable digital growth support.
