Project overview
Pioneer Law Associates is a leading corporate law firm in Nepal, founded in 1982. It advises on corporate matters, intellectual property, labor law, mergers and acquisitions and more, and is known for practical, business-focused legal advice.
When the firm came to us, its old website was offline and every legacy URL returned a 404 error. Nearly 70% of its organic traffic had come from legal informational keywords, and those rankings were falling fast.
Our key objective was to restore the website, protect its SEO value and recover lost rankings as quickly as possible.

The results
Website rebuilt in 2 weeks
Legacy URLs 301-redirected
Organic traffic recovered
Legal keywords on page one
The firm had a new website live within two weeks and a full SEO migration behind it. Organic traffic recovered to its pre-redesign level and has kept trending up month over month.
- Legal informational keywords, once ~70% of traffic, back in top positions
- Multiple high-value legal keywords ranking on page one of Google
- Every legacy URL redirected, so old links no longer hit 404s
- Metadata, structured data and sitemaps in place and indexed
Before: The website was offline, every old URL returned a 404 error and the firm’s best-performing legal keywords were losing rankings every week.
After: A modern, mobile-first website with all legacy URLs redirected, a growing library of legal content and the firm’s key rankings recovered.
The execution
The challenge
With the old site offline, the firm lost brand authority and trust immediately. Every legacy URL returned a 404, so search engines were dropping pages that had ranked for years.
A long redesign had already cost the firm leads. There was no SEO migration plan and no content plan, which put its most valuable legal keywords at risk of going to competitors.

The solution
We ran a three-phase turnaround to stop the damage and win the rankings back.
Phase 1: Rapid website delivery
We rebuilt the whole website from scratch in two weeks. The new design matches the firm’s premium identity, is mobile-first and built for reading, and runs on a CMS that can grow with the firm’s content.
Phase 2: Strategic SEO migration
We rebuilt the old URL index from digital archives and Search Console, mapped every old URL to a new page and set up 301 redirects to keep link equity. We fixed crawl errors, added metadata and structured data, submitted sitemaps and set up analytics and Search Console to monitor the recovery.
Phase 3: Content expansion and keyword strategy
We identified high-intent legal informational keywords that match the firm’s audience and planned new long-form articles around them. Each one is original, research-led, written for search intent and linked to related legal topics on the site.
